  13. I currently have Borland C++ 3.1 and am want to upgrade. I am trying to decide 
  14. between BC++ and MSVC++. One point I am unsure of is if MSVC++ can create DOS 
  15. programs (ie not need to run inside windows). Can anyone help me with this. 
  16. Also any pointers to comarisons between the systems would be helpful - I am 
  17. sure there must be a FAQ out there somewhere.
